(4) A justice may dismiss as abandoned the appeal of an appellant who fails to comply with an order
made under subsection (1).
The procedure for the person to follow in order to pay the civil penalty, to contest the citation, or to appear in court as
required under subsection (6).
(4) Every such assistant or agent
appointed under subsection (2) or (3) upon being appointed shall take the prescribed oath or affirmation.
(2) The provider shall give the insurer the information
requested under subsection (1) within 10 business days after receiving the request.
(2) The maximum amount that may be
paid under subsection (1) in respect of a single trade in real estate is the amount prescribed by regulation.
(4) A court must notify the proceeds of crime authority if the court stays de facto property settlement or maintenance
proceedings under subsection (1) or (3).

«In meeting its
obligations under subsection (1),» the employer shall consult with the employee making the request in determining the suitability of an accessible format or communication support.
The amount allowed as a
deduction under subsection (a) with respect to the taxpayer for any taxable year shall not exceed the applicable dollar limit.
(4) The court must not grant
leave under subsection (3) unless the court is satisfied that there are exceptional circumstances.
A prosecution of an offense
prohibited under subsection (2), subsection (6), or subsection (7) must be commenced within 3 years after the offense occurred.
(5) In a regional municipality, the council of a local municipality may also apply for a by -
law under subsection (1).
(3) The judge shall notify the regional senior judge, the complainant and the deputy judge in writing of a
dismissal under subsection (2), giving brief reasons for it.
The parents of a private school student participating in a public school
sport under this subsection are responsible for transporting their child to and from the public school at which the student participates.
(3) The Superintendent shall review the information
compiled under subsection (1) and may take such action in respect of the information as the Superintendent considers appropriate.
(3) A person who acts in good
faith under subsection (2) shall not be liable in any civil proceeding arising from that action.
