under a group health plan based on your, or your spouse's, current employment, you may not need to apply for Medicare supplementary medical insurance (Part B) at age 65.
An employer is not required to refund the COBRA premium assistance subsidy if the individual fails to provide notice that he or she was covered
under another group health plan unless the employer otherwise knew of the eligibility for such coverage.
These plans offer a more economical and a better solution for those who are already covered
under the group health plan of their employer or hold an individually - purchased health policy, but want to increase their insurance coverage.
