Reacting to report of
underage voters in Kano, Wike insisted that INEC lacked the capacity to conduct credible elections in Nigeria.
INEC should adopt the technology that will make its register foolproof, removing
underage voters, duplicated names and deceased persons.
Calling on the INEC chairman, Professor Mahmood Yakubu to act fast, the PDP spokesman said issues of
