The rear suspension was quite advanced (when using a solid live rear axle), in that the rear axle was controlled by double
unequal length trailing arms and a panhard rod, with coil springs and direct acting dampers.
- Brakes: power - assisted four wheel disc - Steering: power - assisted rack and pinion - Suspension: front, independent with
unequal length transverse control arms, coil springs, direct acting shocks and roll bar; rear, live axle with torque reaction member, rigid
trailing arms, coil springs, coaxially mounted shock absorbers and roll bar.
