Despite a report that less than one percent of all employers offer some form of
unlimited paid time off plans, we wanted to take a look at how many of the companies we work with have taken to the idea of endless summer.
But what about the other way around: a company looking to improve morale and culture seeking
unlimited paid time off as the solution?
