Today I subbed
unsweetened applesauce for the sugar (like a heaping 1/4 cup or so.
You can also swap out
the unsweetened applesauce for another banana or dairy - free yogurt.
I also provided the option to sweeten these cookies with either stevia (which I used) or
unsweetened applesauce for those that don't prefer to use stevia in their recipes.
