To make the whipped cream, scrape off the top solid part of a can
of unsweetened coconut cream, and beat with a stand mixer until thick, stiff peaks form.
UNLIMITED amounts of meat, fish, poultry, eggs, nuts, vegetables (except potatoes), olive oil, unsweetened yogurt, heavy whipping cream, butter and
unsweetened coconut cream.
As always, make sure you get
the unsweetened coconut cream — NOT cream of coconut.

unsweetened coconut cream or full fat coconut milk (refrigerated overnight) 1 T cocoa powder 1 T stevia baking blend (you can use any sweetener you like) 1 t vanilla
