Unsweetened Shaved Coconut is what we use to make keto cereals and garnish sweet treats.
I used dried, unsweetened apricots and
unsweetened shaved coconut.
I use
unsweetened shaved coconut, but if you plan on using that moist, stringy crap, I recommend finely chopping it first.
BTW, I made these & rolled them in ground almonds, chopped pecans,
unsweetened shaved coconut & cacao nibs.
