During the day the younger ones come out to enjoy the mid-sized hill, while the big kids usually
wait until after dinner when they can amp things up a bit.
Not so ideal: I do two plank holds, forget about the
rest until after dinner, and am forced to do the remaining minutes on a full stomach.
The morning before you want your porridge, soak the quinoa and millet in the warm water
