Heat a wok
until hot, add the
vegetable oil to a depth of 3 - inches and heat to 360 degrees F. Add one of the

vegetables, stirring well, and pour soya sauce over evenly 8) Add in strips of fried egg, chicken, stir well and then serve.
Tip in the
noodles and toss everything together and continue to stir - fry for a couple of minutes,
until the
vegetables and the vermicelli are all well combined.
Turn heat down and cook tossing
noodles with sauce and
vegetables for another 2 minutes
until well combined and heated through.
Add the tofu along with the
vegetable broth, cabbage and
noodles and simmer just
until the cabbage is wilted, about 2 minutes.
Toss
until all the
noodles and
vegetables are coated in sauce.
If you prefer the pasta warm, simply heat the
vegetables noodles in a pan for a few minutes
until slightly softened.
Grab some nori (seaweed) or kelp
noodles next time you head to whole foods and pair them with spices and
vegetables until your hearts content.
Once shrimp is fully cooked, add
noodles to the wok with
vegetables and shrimp and toss
until noodles are fully coated and
vegetables are mixed in — cook another 1 - 2 minutes while the sauce coats the
noodles.
