I decided to be traditional and scoop it
up with some whole wheat
Naan bread, but it would also be good over rice or in lettuce cups for a low carb option (see below).

The flatbread pizzas (I used

up so nicely on the grill) were quickly warmed
up on the grill then taken off and topped with a shmear of fresh pesto, the sauteed mushrooms and of course cheese.
I ended
up making
naan bread pizza for lunch — 1 ounce of sausage, 4 slices of turkey pepperoni, baby spinach and cheese with cucumbers and light ranch dip.
I would say this could serve
up to 5 people with normal servings with rice or
naan bread, or 3 - 4 slightly larger servings.
I was able to strike
up the barby, get some
naan bread going and grill...
I grew
up eating Indian
bread (roti,
naan, stuffed paratha, puri, bhatura) and so being able to recreate this has been an important part of my paleo journey.

I agree that being in ketosis 24/7 is probably not a good idea (or even necessary or possible) for the vast majority of folks (I eat rice once a week for example — I can't give
up my weekly curry but now it's without massive
naan breads etc.).
