I get extra excited about making healthy treats that are made
up of whole foods.

Made this last night after making a quick run to

up most

So I looked
up the carb content and this is what i have found: 1 cup cooked rice — per 1 cup / 164g = 35g (fiber 3g) 1 cup black beans — per 1 cup / 172g = 41g (fiber 15g)(total 76g
of carbohydrates for the
whole loaf) I think the rice and beans are the only
foods you have to worry about.
Whatever your reason, relying less on animal products can be a great first step in
upping your intake
of nutrient - rich
whole foods and crowding out overly processed crap.
This is great, I've been trying to eat healthy and fell in love with quinoa, but as you said it's not easy to get it cooked the same as delis and resturants, I gave
up and bought a rice cooker with the intent for settling on brown rice recipes, it cooks my rice perfect everytime.I'm running out to
whole foods now excited that I can get 4 varieties or more
of organic quinoa.
