up smooshed up into miniature cigars — delicious cigars, mind you, but not what I was after.

For some reason I was convinced that even though the recipe consisted mostly of
smooshed up chickpeas, it would taste like cookie dough.
If you continually
smoosh your bread flat when trying to mash
up your avocado toast, you've got ta start smashing it
up IN the skin and then scooping it onto your toast.
They need a little
smooshing in the pan, and maybe some reforming at the edges, but they cook
up nice and crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
~ Quinoa and black beans with shredded chicken, red bell peppers, chopped avocados and sour cream ~» Veggie wraps» — saute an onion and two colors of bell peppers in a bit of EVOO, a can of stewed tomatoes with juice (
smooshed up), a can each of drained / rinsed black beans and kidney beans, and ultra generous amounts of chili powder and garlic.
One of the flavours is Vanilla Goji Spice, and when blending
up a big batch one day, I had the urge to
smoosh some of the sprinkles together into a ball as a little afternoon treat, and voila... a gorgeous goji berry ball.

up less space).
You can choose to size -
up the prefolds but you'll need to
smoosh down or fold down the extra length to fit them in.
Just imagine how much fun this photo could become if you calmed her down and encouraged her to pick
up that cake and
smoosh her face into it.
It's fun to watch your baby scrunch her little face at mashed sweet potato, perk
up at the sight of strained chicken, apply yogurt to her face like it's moisturizer and
smoosh a sliced banana into an impossible to clean crevice of her high chair, but you should also know that solids effect more than your baby's fickle taste buds.

smooshed up against each other, almost dislodging the tops from each.

I use one in craft to really
smoosh the paper on to stop air bubbles from coming
up from the glue.
Ironically, as I was taking the top pic the boys jumped
