upon the skills summary and you put the keywords (skills, tools and activities) asked for in the job requirements in the Experience section of the resume.

It begins with a concise yet powerful professional
summary that states the applicant's core competencies and expounds
upon them by pointing out certain soft
skills the applicant possesses, and (most importantly) the value that they can add to an organization.
Two of the most common offenses I see are leading off with an objective statement (please replace with a
skills - based
summary section) and writing responsibility - focused job descriptions (highlight accomplishments and achievements to show strong performance) with honorable mention for including the phrase «References Available
Upon Request» (can be removed as this is assumed nowadays) and limiting your resume to one page (you are free to move onto a second page when necessary).
