Lately my blood sugar has gone up with a A1C of 6.3 I have developed a
high upper belly gut and have gained weight even though I don't eat that much.
I would apply heating pads to my pelvis and cold packs to
my upper belly trying to encourage him to go where it was warm
Keeping your hips stable, rotate
your upper belly and chest slightly up away from your right leg.
Lay your hands on
the upper belly.
Follow the same order for both the inhale and the exhale:
upper belly, side body, back body.
On each exhale
the upper belly sinks, followed by the sides.
Observe how the movement of the side body as you inhale and exhale follows the rhythm of the breath of
the upper belly.
The lower belly should touch the thighs first, then
the upper belly, then the ribs, and the head last.
Don't, however, hold the breath; breathe normally, allowing
the upper belly to expand fully on the inhalation, while keeping the lower belly hollow.
Be sure that you don't push the bottom of the bone forward, which only sharpens the front ribs, hardens
the upper belly, and compresses the lower back.
One of the babies laid sideways across
her upper belly near her ribs during her pregnancy.
