Organize your
workout so that you go from an
upper body exercise immediately followed
by a lower
body exercise.

upper body, and core in 15 seconds intervals followed

We use an easy lower
body exercise followed
by an easy
upper body exercise, and then specific exercises for the back of the legs and back of the
upper body to make sure that all of our muscles are ready for the more intense
workout ahead.

upper body workout based on your preferences simply
by changing hand positions.
This
workout is a lot harder than it looks so you should make sure that you have the necessary
upper body strength so you can hold yourself up
by the bar for a long enough period of time.
When they are just starting out men make the best gains
by training with full
body workouts, but after a while they usually do better if they switch to an
upper / lower split routine.

by the end of all the
upper body workouts, I should be as exhausted as possible?
