The incline dumbbell bench press is a great compound classic for building
upper chest mass.

Dips are perfect for building
mass in the
upper triceps, as long as you remember to keep your head up and your body as vertical as possible because if you lean too far forward, you'll place more focus on your
chest.
Another great exercise for a well defined
chest, especially if you want to add
mass to the
upper chest area.
While yes dumbbell press and include works the
upper chest it still doesn't shape it enough and adds
mass.
And since it activates all three heads of the delts, the shoulder press has a superior ability to help you pack on maximum
mass and strength in the entire shoulder area, while also working the traps and
upper chest to a certain degree.

So you get to add
mass to your
upper body, your arms get bigger, your
chest gets bigger and stronger, your shoulders get bigger and stronger and your bench press numbers increase.
