How to
use Frontline Plus For use on dogs and puppies 8 weeks or older.
If
you use Frontline or similar topical flea products, you can not bathe your dog 48 hours before or after applying the flea product.
If you decide to
use Frontline Plus, or any other topical ointment, do not bathe your Golden Retriever for 2 days before applying it, and for 2 days after it was applied.

use Frontline one month, and Advantage the next to kill fleas.
If you are in a known tick paralysis area, you can
use Frontline spray fortnightly.
However, those who live in that vicinity and
use Frontline Plus attest to the fact that they do not have fleas on their dogs when they
use Frontline.
Use Frontline Plus to prevent flea and tick infestations Fleas and ticks are more than just a nuisance for your dog; they can cause flea bite allergies or even transmit serious illnesses like Lyme Disease or Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever.
Do not
use a Frontline Plus product for dogs on a cat because the products are based on the species of animal as well as its weight.
Only
use Frontline Plus on the animal specified on the packaging.
Use Frontline Plus for Dogs (fipronil 9.8 % and S - methoprene 8.8 %) on dogs and puppies 8 weeks or older.
Use Frontline Plus for Cats (fipronil 9.8 % and S - methoprene 11.8 %), available as 0.5 ml applicators, on cats and kittens 8 weeks or older.
We use Frontline on our dog to prevent fleas and ticks and luckily have not had any problems.
For Flea Treatment we now
use Frontline, but may use Revolution if prescribed by the attending veterinarian.
If you are planning to take your dog for a walk in an area that may have ticks, consider using a protective repellent spray such as Frontline Spray or
use Frontline Plus before going.
You can also
use Frontline spray every 3 weeks for paralysis ticks, and this is the only product suitable to put on a cat for tick control.
Use Frontline for 3 months in a row and if you still have fleas the company will pay to have your home exterminated by Terminix.
