use gf oats however peanut are legumes containing gluten and I suppose should be mentioned too

You can grind your own oat flour in a vita - mixer or heavy duty blender
using GF oats.
Just noted there is no mention of
using GF oats as many oats are cross contaminated and not really gluten free.

gf oats, and subbed flaxseed meal for the millet, because it was what I had.
The topping does call for
oats though — you can either
use very pricey certified
GF oats, but I also bet that quinoa flakes would work just fine here.

I know my recipes focus quite heavily on
using gluten free
oats (clues in the name), but there are a small percentage of people diagnosed with Coeliac Disease that may still be sensitive to certified
GF oats, and therefore can't eat them.
