Forgot to mention, below, that I did not
use the bleu cheese which seemed like overkill and would have overwhelmed the delicate flavor of the dressing.

Feel free to
use the hottest wing sauce you can find, and if
bleu cheese is your thing, go ahead and
use that instead of feta.
That was how it was done on the recipe for
bleu cheese burgers on Pinch My Salt that I was
using as a guide, but I obviously ignored some of the finer points (including the cream -LSB-...]
If you prefer, feel free to
use your favorite ranch dressing or
bleu cheese dressing in place of the white sauce.
