If I was to make this with brown rice I would
use brown rice already boiled for 20 minutes or so before using the method below.

I can see some people have
already used coconut flour instead of buck wheat or
brown rice flour which is what I would like to do however i'm not sure on the measurements.

already designed to cook
brown rice correctly, so all you need to do is
use the
rice cooker instructions for
brown rice.
