use cabbage slaw of any kind if you prefer.

using for a
cabbage slaw.

slaw 1/2 English cucumber, julienned (but toss the inner seedy core)
Instead of
slaw, how about
cabbage noodles, made
using my spiral veggie slicer.
If you can't find an Asian
Slaw mix like I can at Wegman's and don't want to shred your own you can
use a bag of coleslaw mix with shredded napa
cabbage and carrots and then just chop up a rib of celery.

You can add it to soups,
use it as filling for potstickers, make a

It's worth noting that the results you'll get are not exactly the same as the results you get from
