I love to have the Turmeric Honey first thing in my morning hot water, lemon and apple cider vinegar tonic and my favourite way to
use the chai latte is in a chia seed pudding for breakfast.

This simple method
uses cold - steeped
chai, honey syrup, and milk.
Add 1/2 cup water, saffron - milk mixture, and
chai masala if
using.
Depending on how you like your
chai tea, you can
use whole milk or simply
use whipped topping.

use green tea if you prefer it to black tea — technically, «
chai» just means tea, and the spiced version that we call
chai is actually masala
chai.
I didn't have cashews so I
used pumpkin seeds & sunflower seeds, as well as Hemp protein powder & a banana too plus
chai seeds!!!
I've never had masala
chai spice on hand so I just
use pumpkin spice (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and the teeniest bit of cloves) as Leanne recommends.
