I'm not a fan of sherry so
I used champagne vinegar instead.

I followed the suggestions of some of the other reviews and left out the OJ, added some

Left out the olives, broiled the veggies, and didn't have
champagne vinegar, so
used 2T
champagne and 2T white
vinegar and worked like a charm!
The dressing is crème fraîche spiked with rosemary, garlic and
champagne vinegar - you could
use sour cream or even yogurt.
Two questions: 1) can I
use frozen avocado; and 2) is there a good sub for
champagne vinegar or should I bite the bullet and buy some?
A light
vinegar that bears a similar taste to that of good quality
champagne, this designer
vinegar can be
used to create an exciting sophisticated taste that will add zing to the plainest of salads.
