I use chipotle chile powder and other chili powders, and curry powders..

If you don't have
chipotle powder, you can also
use any other variety of
powdered red
chile.
Powdered chipotles are
used just like any other
chile powder.
I didn't have
chipotle chiles so I
used additional dried spices - ancho
chile powder, cumin, and dried cilantro since I didn't have coriander.

chipotle chile powder instead of regular -
used 2.75 tsp salt.
I
used a simple prep — I seasoned the tenderloin with salt, black pepper, and some
chipotle chile powder — browned it, then popped it in the oven to finish cooking.
Add to the blender: the ancho
chile powder (if
using), the
chipotle pepper, the ground cinnamon, the ground hazelnuts, ground spices and sesame seeds, and 2 cups of the chicken broth.
Cumin and
chipotle chile powder are now my favorite spices to
