I use coconut vinegar in this recipe for it has amazing health benefits, however, you can certainly use another vinegar.
I purchase and
use the Coconut Vinegar, Nectar, Crystals (yum), and Flour, but by far the most important product is the Coconut Aminos.

If you have trouble finding rice wine vinegar, you can
use coconut vinegar.
I also learned a tip from Erin of Olives for Dinner and
used Coconut Vinegar in the sauce, which added a nice tang.
I used coconut vinegar and about 1 tsp of garlic powder because that's what I had.
I notice that I am shedding even less hair
using the Coconut Vinegar than with raw apple cider vinegar.
I used coconut vinegar, but apple cider vinegar works great, too.
