you use coconut yoghurt.

I made them vegan with chia seeds and
coconut yoghurt and
used almond pulp.
All you need to do is mix porridge oats with some milk and
yoghurt (I
use coconut milk and
coconut yoghurt normally), some dried apple pieces, a sprinkling of chia seeds, a handful of sunflower seeds and some juicy raisins, then just stir it all together and leave it sit for about a minute.
What alternative to
coconut yogurt could I
use, as I find the
coconut yoghurt comes in a tiny pot and is really expensive!
I didn't have
coconut yoghurt so I
used natural
yoghurt sprinkled with desiccated
coconut and opened up a cardamom pod instead of
using ground.

use a totally plain
coconut yoghurt, that tastes like greek
yoghurt — I'd say definitely find one with no sweetener or flavourings, as I'm sure that would make the dish taste a bit funny!

coconut yoghurt is made
using only two ingredients.

coconut milk and store - bought plain

coconut milk until a certain high temperature, mix in, pour the rest in sealed jar, place the jar in a very hot water, and allow the whole thing to ferment.
I would personally avoid any dairy milk and would
use a non dairy milk and non dairy
yoghurt like a
coconut yoghurt instead as this will be much better for your health and help you lose weight faster.
A subtle
coconut flavour which makes this the most versatile milk and is great
used as a
yoghurt substitute in curries.

using a face mask made up of oats and natural
yoghurt which soothed skin almost instantly I have also started applying a thin layer of pure

using frozen berries too makes it cold and adds a bit more fruity sweetness (throw in any berries), a banana is good here, milk (
coconut, soy or regular) makes this creamier and more filling,
yoghurt is also good, * no rhyme or reason anything goes * leave out the honey if you don't need a sugar hit (I love the properties of honey so add it here)
