If
you use cupcake pans, plan on three for each person.
I still
use her cupcake pan (with liners of course since they've been super contaminated) when I bake cupcakes just to feel close to her.
I have tricked not only my children but other children into
using the cupcake pan as there pallet for creating the meals they want to eat, just because I have given them an edible paint brush to work with.
I have made these as mini cheesecakes
using a cupcake pan.
We also make the bannana cake weekly but
use a cupcake pan — they just take 20 minutes and we toss in a few gluten free chocolate chips — yummy!

use cups (real cups as
cupcakes once did - hence their name), popover
pans, mini Bundt
pan thingies (check Nordicware), and bakery places like King Arthur, Sweet Celebrations and local restaurant and bakery supply places, and kitchen shops.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line with
cupcake liners a muffin
pan and spray with cooking spray or
use a silicone muffin

used seemed to be a little bigger than a regular
cupcake pan.

used this Heart - Shaped Silicone Mold from Wilton, but if you can't get your hands on it before the big day, I think it would work really well in a
cupcake pan too.

use an angel food cake
pan, I just opted for
cupcakes as I currently don't have an angel food cake

cupcake pan, so the shape of the wontons were more like little purses, instead of cups.

cupcakes to cool while preparing the cream cheese frosting
I can't tell from the picture but can you
use a regular 12 cup
cupcake pan?
I wonder if it would be possible to
use the recipe to make
cupcakes instead of in an 8x8
pan... I'm thinking it might make 6
cupcakes?
Spoon this batter into the
cupcake pan,
using the back of the spoon to smooth out the tops of each pie.
The second time I
used them, the butter in the
cupcakes slightly seeped through my blue
cupcake liners, and the
pan is now also stained blue.
After the first time of
using them, the oil from the
cupcakes I was making stained the
pan yellow.
2) Line a
cupcake pan with liners & fill the bottom with batter,
use a spoon to narrow out an opening in the middle & spread the batter up the sides of the liner!
If you don't have two springform
pans you can bake it in three or four smaller
pans or
use the extra batter for
cupcakes.

used 2 6» rounds for this and there was enough batter to make third round but I made a few
cupcakes instead or you can do 2 8» rounds, grease the
pans with butter and then line the bottom with parchment paper and set aside.
Using a mini
cupcake pan, roll the dough into small balls and place in

If you don't have any, you can also
use a mini
cupcake pan.
The recipe I
use makes for quite a dense sponge best suited to mini loaf
pans (as I have
used here) or muffin /
cupcake tins.
Instead of
using a cake
pan, I made them into
cupcakes.
Since we're not
using oil in this recipe you'll need to line your
cupcake / muffin
pans with liners.
I made mine in a bakery style muffin tin that has 6 slots for larger muffins but you can
use the 12 tin
cupcake pan, that way there are more to go around.
I've even
used an ice cream scooper to put it in
cupcake pans to make «rolls» for sliders and pulled pork sandwiches.
If you don't have a 6»
pan, try making smaller cheesecakes
using cupcake liners and a
cupcake pan.
I
used two round
pans, but you can also
use a 9 x 13 ″ or even
cupcake pans.
** Since the
cupcakes bake up with fairly flat tops, it may be helpful to
use an icing spatula or the handle of a spoon to get between the liner and the
pan and lift them out.

use a heart - shaped

cupcake pan with twelve paper baking cups, or grease the
pan with butter if not
using baking cups.
Scoop the batter into the
cupcake pan using a standard - size ice - cream scoop until the cups are two - thirds full, and bake for 16 to 18 minutes (start checking at 15 minutes), or until a toothpick comes out clean.

pans each holding six individual muffin cups), each cup measuring 4 inches in diameter, 1 3/4 inches deep, with a capacity of about 1 1/8 cups (hs note: I
used standard muffin
pans.
Use a toothpick to check 2 or 3
cupcakes in different areas of the
pan: if it comes out clean, they're done!
Plus, I didn't have any
cupcake liners (what people usually
use to make nut butter cups), so we poured these straight into my nonstick mini muffin
pan and crossed our fingers that they'd come out in one piece.

I don't have a

used a brownie
pan lined with foil and cut it into squares even my veggie - phobic husband loves it... I kind of didn't tell him it has zucchini!
