use date puree instead of sugar or honey.

We've changed this version up just slightly by
using a date puree to sweeten them instead of maple syrup.
I love
using date puree in cookies and the salt on top is perfect.

Date puree is slightly thicker so I would
use a little less but I imagine that it would taste delicious!
If
dates are soft enough to fall apart,
use a handstick blender to
puree dates in the same pot.

dates in first so they are nice and

dates,

using labeled sandwich bags (I mark the
date on each), scoop 2 cups of pumpkin
puree into each one (this is where I
