Through diagnostic testing, interviewing, collateral contacts, and drug screening, we provide a succinct
report that details the individual's history of substance abuse, symptoms of alcohol / drug
use disorder (AUD — DSM - V), concomitant mental and physical health issues, family / parenting issues, legal issues, and a summary / recommendation for intervention / treatment.
