used to make the raw brownies all the time until I realised that the dates didn't agree with my

I try
to do it once a week
to keep my
skin happy, and it's best
to use the exfoliated as soon as you make it — otherwise it gets a little dry as the oats absorb all the liquid.

to look after it and some of the things that she

skin won't work for you!

No matter how many ways I tried
to use it (
skin, hair, etc) it didn't work.

use it in almost everything, in soups, salads, or purees, and it can be grilled, sautéed, or roasted.
I could have cooked the salmon better such as in a nonstick pan which seems
to put a better crust on the
skin and color on the flesh without drowning in oil or maybe I didn't
use enough oil in my cast iron pan.
