If you can't get fresh turmeric + ginger, use 1/4 teaspoon dried of each, taste and adjust by adding more to your liking.
Any thoughts on using fresh turmeric instead of dry ground turmeric?

This recipe benefits from fresh ginger and garlic, whilst using dried ground turmeric and pepper.
