My now go - to chocolate cake / cupcakes recipe for my family and I.
I use duck eggs because my son can't have chicken eggs and I usually add even more zucchini and it is so moist.
I'm allergic to eggs so I'll
use duck eggs.
People keep asking me why
I use duck eggs for baking.
Preheat a large skillet over medium heat (if
using duck eggs I like to use medium - low) add enough butter to the pan to coat once melted.
I used duck eggs instead of chicken eggs and duck fat instead of the shortening.
As I was
using duck eggs which are quite large, I added a little bit of extra chocolate too.
I used duck eggs instead of chicken and, embarrassing to say, I used Caesar Rim seasoning as I had no celery salt... but it worked!
When I learned that many people allergic to chicken eggs can tolerate duck eggs I started experimenting with the bread again
using the duck eggs and the results were wonderful.I now use «Breads from Anna Bread Mix» (www.breadsfromanna.com) which is GF, yeast, corn, dairy, soy, nut and rice free and tastes DELICIOUS.
For trials # 13 and 14, I really wanted to punch baking in the face, but just started using real eggs (I found out that I'm allergic to chicken eggs so
I used duck eggs instead).
I also
used duck eggs, which are a bit larger.
I finally
used the Duck Egg Blue.

If you can find
ducks eggs, only
use half the amount of
eggs a recipe calls for as they are larger
As I
used a large
duck egg, I had no need to add the required milk.
I also like to
use duck fat to cook
eggs and for making pate.
Because of its size, it's best suited for chicken and
duck eggs but has various settings that you can
use with other kinds of birds.

used layers of five colors beginning with a full coverage base coat of Aubusson Blue, then layered and highlighted with Provence,
Duck Egg, French Linen, and Paris Gray.
For my shelves I
used 1 pint of General Finishes Snow White Milk Paint, 1 pint of General Finishes Basil Milk Paint, a double sided sanding sponge to roughen up my surfaces, premium finishing brushes, Green ® Painter's Tape, Annie Sloan Chalk Paint in
Duck Egg Blue and Chalkboard paint.
You can
use chicken
eggs as they are readily available, but
duck, turkey or other similar
eggs are fine too.
