Next time I will
use foil liners.
I don't use liners (just a non-stick muffin pan sprayed with cooking spray), or if I do,
I use the foil liners with the paper line removed.
(Note that these have a tendency to cling a bit to the liners, so I don't know whether you want to lightly grease it, or
use foil liners.)
I have never
used foil liners just paper liners, is there a difference in how they come out?

used a pumpkin - shaped silicone mold, but you can
use mini
foil liners just as easily.
Prepare muffin pans (line muffin pans with 24
foil liners, for regular - sized muffins, or spray mini pans with canola spray or line with
liners - you can

use muffin
liners that won't stick, try the aluminum

This next part is important, I
used foil muffin / cupcake
liners.
I wish I would have
used paper cupcake
liners... I
used foil so had to reheat in the oven.
However, if you don't own a silicon muffin old, make sure to
use paper
liners or
foil liners in your muffin mold so they come out easier.
Another health food blog I follow suggests that you
use the regular
foil cupcake
liners, but take the paper out and only
use the
foil.

foil on the outside and paper on the inside, and mine did not stick.
This will act like a
liner so when the bars are completely cooled, I
use the extra length of
foil / parchment to lift the bars out of the pan, peel edges away from sides (before icing).
Now I will say that most of my plants have
liners under them (I often wrap
foil on the bottom of the plastic pot plants come in) or some sort of drip tray just in case, but I never have the issue of overflow like I
used to when the kids or I would water the plants before.
