you use frozen meatballs instead of making them from scratch.
I was wondering if I can
use frozen meatballs for this?
Can I follow this recipe with non frozen fresh meatballs and out in the crockpot as instructed when
using frozen meatballs.

If
using store - bought
frozen meatballs, which are generally cooked through, simply prepare the dish as per the recipe instructions.
I
used homemade
frozen meatballs I had previously made before, which becomes a real time - saver here.
The ingredient list is also super short if you decide to
use pre-packaged
frozen meatballs.
I place the cookie sheet in the freezer until they are
frozen then transfer the
frozen meatballs to Ziplock freezer bags until I'm ready to
use them.
I just have one question, this recipe sounds so awesome & I can't wait to try it, however if I have
frozen meatballs that are already made... how exactly would I go about cooking them
using this recipe?
Along with the
frozen meatballs, I also
use a large package of Hawaiian Sweet Rolls, a jar of marinara sauce, shredded cheeses and a few other simple ingredients making these sliders come together in a snap!
However, for this specific recipe I like to
use the
frozen Italian
meatballs making these sliders come together quickly and easily.
Use 1 pound cooked
frozen meatballs in place of making
meatballs and place in soup for a super easy and delicious weeknight meal.
I made this soup even quicker by
using frozen pre-made mini
meatballs found in our store's health food section.
If you won't be
using the rest of the
meatballs soon,
freeze them in a ziplock bag for up to 2 months; thaw them overnight in the refrigerator or in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes.
And then I
freeze leftover sauce and
use it as pizza sauce, make turkey
meatballs subs, etc..
You can also
freeze the
meatballs to
use with quinoa and veggies (or a salad) at a later date (preferably within 3 months!)

I have ground turkey to
use for the
meatballs so mine will not be
frozen....
If you want to
freeze your
meatballs to
use another time just pop them on a plate, cover with clingfilm and place in the freezer.
If you are a meat eater, throw seasoned turkey
meatballs in a slow cooker and
freeze the
meatballs, roast a whole chicken and
use the leftovers for other recipes and make bone broth / chicken stock with the carcass, take your dried beans and make slow cooker beans to
freeze so you have them for soup and Mexican dishes, etc..
You can also
