I have been looking for a recipe that doesn't
use graham cracker crumbs mixed with the peanut butter.
When you make the bottom layer, you can
use either graham cracker crumbs or crushed digestive biscuits.
I don't
use graham cracker crumbs, because I want the crunch of little chunks of graham cracker in the sunbutter balls!
If your children are allergic to nuts, please
use graham cracker crumbs (regular or gluten free) just like when you make a regular cheesecake.
On a side note, I have a recipe really similar to this one, that
uses graham cracker crumbs in the PB mix.

The first recipe I
used reduced - fat cream cheese and I only
used a 1/2 cup of
graham cracker crumbs.
(this step is only required if you want to
use graham cracker «
crumbs» for the top layer).

I like
