The only difference to her recipe, which called for either palm shortening or grassfed butter was that I didn't
use grassfed butter, but I did use butter and a good brand at that.

Just replaced the milk with some water in which the potatoes were boiled as I don't
use any dairy other than
grassfed butter.

I also take a vitamin D supplement and eat
grassfed butter everyday only
