Is it ok to
use hand mixer instead of whisking the sugar, eggs & vanilla essence?

I tested and tweaked, and now
use 3/4 C sour cream, 1/4 C mayo, and blend it with a
hand mixer as I slowly add a stream of water (
instead of milk).
When I see a smoothie this bright I just know that there are lots of berries
mixed into it, and the brilliant thing about
using them as a base is that if you don't have fresh ones on
hand — just throw in some frozen berries

used the stand
mixer instead of
hand mixing.
I measured out a few tablespoons of my Cajun spice blend
mixed with Kosher salt into a small bowl to
use throughout the cooking process - it's easier that way to take a pinch here and there
instead of grabbing spice jars with messy
hands.
