Hi Kelly, I just used buckwheat flour but you could use brown rice or whatever other gluten - free grain flour you have kicking about and yes the crust could definitely be used for other fruit (or chocolate!)
I don't personally use rice bran oil but it has a high smoke point so should be relatively healthy to cook with although I'm afraid I am not too familiar with it.
I think the dip would taste good with everything and anything, I'm excited to use it in all my summer dishes, especially as a creamy dressing for quinoa and rice!

I used brown rice flour, and instead of agave syrup I used honey, and instead of raw cacao I used cacao nibs and ground then up, I used Parnoosh dates as opposed to Medjool because those are what we have available and I don't know if that would make a difference.

Hi Hayley, you could try using brown rice milk instead however I haven't tried this for the stew before so I'm not too sure how it would turn out.
Mine's also totally gluten free as most of these types of recipes use oats, so I've moved to brown rice flour to make it easier for you all.

Just made this, only thing I was missing was the fresh basil / cilantro, and I used some coconut rice I already had in the fridge instead of black rice.

I chose to use wild rice in this meal plan, but you are of course welcome to cook a pot of whichever kind of rice you like or have on hand.
