Never
use honey since honey can damage your water kefir grains.

since this creative recipe
uses only a mini cupcake tin and simple ingredients such as almond butter, maple syrup, raw
honey, coconut oil, vanilla, and sea salt — and that's it!
The ripe mashed banana keeps the muffins moist without a lot of added fat and I chose to
use agave nectar to sweeten them,
since it's natural and the flavor is so mild that it wouldn't compete with the chocolate & banana flavor like
honey or maple syrup might.

These conversions are all for
honey since that's the only sweetener we

Here are the substitutions I made: 3/4 teaspoon salt (
since I
used salted butter — that's all I had) 1/3 cup
honey (I didn't have agave) 5 Tbsp salted Kerrygold butter (I didn't have grapeseed oil) 1/4 cup shredded, unsweetened coconut (because I love coconut)
I omitted the cinnamon and only
used about a 1/4 tsp
honey,
since I wanted to
use it for my husband's lunches and I
used ground flax meal in boiling water instead of the xanthan gum and the bread was perfect!
So, the recipe of this salad I read in one tiny little book with few recipes suitable for the Lent diet, when you're not allowed to eat meat and dairy products; and I liked it from the first spoon (even though first time I didn't
use neither
honey or coriander seeds) and
since then I prepare it.
I just wanted to add that I reduced the amount of milk in the recipe when I
used 1/2 cup
honey and no sugar
since that already adds a bit more liquid.

I did

use honey instead of agave, and again, I don't have the answer to this
since honey is another extremely high glycemic food that I avoid diligently.

using 2 tbs of
honey and reducing the almond milk by 1 tbs.
M - I regularly
use honey in place of Agave and it always works well as a substitute
since it's a similar consistency.
I would probably try
using raw
honey since it's thicker and a bit healthier than the clear kinds.
As for
using all
honey and no sugar, I'm not sure if it would work
since brown sugar is solid &
honey is liquid.
