Aloha I have been making this for almost 50 years now with fresh Use a champion juicer to get a consistent cream without any graininess After you make stright cream in the champion juicer you can actually freeze that as ice cubes and store and
use in smoothies later.
* I freeze fresh pomegranate juice into ice cube trays for the purpose of
using them in smoothies later on.
When I have fresh fruit in the house that is getting too ripe I cut it up and pop it into the freezer and
use it in smoothies later on.

I love
smoothies but find if I
use too many servings of fruit that the high sugar content makes me hungrier
later on
in the day.
I just freeze them to
use later in bakes,
smoothies and ice creams.
My top refreshing eats included the below pictured
smoothie bowl, which I made because I was craving ice cream...... and then
later in the day when I still actually wanted ice cream, I got a cup of deliciousness from Sub Zero, an ice cream maker that creates your dessert right
in front of you
using liquid nitrogen: -LCB- Low - fat «Magnetic Mint» ice cream cup -RCB- Yum.
The only things you may have to pick up are some shredded coconut (which you can
later use in all manner of baked goods, and as a topping for everything from
smoothie bowls to chia pudding) and dates.
Scoop out the white layer of cream that has risen to the top and place it
in a large mixing bowl (discard the water or save for
later use in smoothies, etc.).
Note: If you buy the large carton and find you can't
use it all quickly enough, just freeze the rest of the coconut milk
in an ice cube tray to
use in smoothies, or
later defrost and
use in soups and other recipes.
Later in the day I make a
smoothie for the family
using the 3 cups of kefir.
Reserve 1 tablespoon of the coconut water, then store the remainder for
later use (
in smoothies), if desired.
If, for some reason, yours doesn't set up properlyand is thin, don't toss - save to add to
smoothies, freeze
in ice cubes to
use later, or drink it!
When bananas get overripe, I peel them and put them
in a plastic freezer bag to
use later for
smoothies, too.
Really bad numbers started at -3.8, then getting better 1 year
later -3.6, 6 months
later -3.5, it's slowly getting better so I'm increasing my steamed kale / organic, approx 2 cups a day, and
using DK2 drops, lots of hiking up hills and stairs, and «core» exercises, tiny 1/4 coffee
in morning, chocolate 1 time a week, also drink a glass of organic celery to start the morning and a
smoothie with all organic blueberries, brocolli, flax seed, chai seed, and nettles all good mix with almond milk.
You can store this for
later use in smoothies, etc..
I've found frozen tart cherries a few times
in specialty grocery stores and I
use them for a
late night
smoothie occasionally.
