If you juice a lot like my husband and I do, you may be feeling that throw away guilt as well and if that's you, here are some great ways to
use juicing pulp.
Although this recipe is technically a zucchini bread so it's filled with, you know, zucchini, you can actually
use juice pulp instead!
So if you're up for yet another grain free pizza, looking to sneak in some vegetable in that man of yours, feel like
using your juice pulp and minimise your food waste or simply are too curious to let this recipe pas, I am welcoming you in to the world of green and groovy pizzas.

When I was writing this post I looked up an old recipe I
used to make involving preserved lemon (though I never
used it) and it suggested exactly that — chopping the
pulp and squeezing the
juice.
This is a great dish that has the added benefit of raw ingredients, as a wrap —
uses no grains at all, and best of all
uses up
juicing pulp which otherwise would have been disposed of;)
Make salad dressing: Combine 1/4 cup lemon
juice, 1/2 cup olive oil, mashed garlic

use one or two cloves) and salt and pepper to taste.

Trying to figure out another method of
using up leftover vegetable
pulp from
juicing, I decided to
use it to make porridge.
Then you simmer that mixture, strain the
pulp out, and add a coagulator (I
used lemon
juice).
Because the straight
pulp is still a bit soft when frozen, too much alcohol will cause it not to freeze at all... so if you do add some rum, I'd recommend
using the coconut milk and lime
juice as well to make sure it turns into an ice - pop.
Strain out the
juice (reserve the
pulp for later
use!)
We just got a juicer and have been making carrot
juice and I am going to try it
using the carrot
pulp so hopefully we will have some
use for it in the future.

juice as well as the
pulp, and both were fine when defrosted; so this year I'm going to
juice my habaneros and freeze the
