use.
My
scooter won't start by
using the
kick start when warm, without help by twisting the throttle - handle a bit (at the same time as
using the
kick start).
The
scooter revs when
using the electronic start button and or the
kick start but it will not actually start.
When you
use a
scooter, you can
kick on the flats to help the dog maintain its speed.
