If you are
using a liquid highlighter, put a few drops of the highlighter on a soft sponge and then dab the sponge on your skin.
I previously was only
using liquid highlighter, but liquid highlighter really only makes sense to use if you're putting on foundation or a BB / CC cream, since the liquid formula blends really beautifully into other liquid makeup.

YSL's Touche Eclat is a great product for under eye circles and you can also
use it as a
highlighter on cheekbones also, add a
liquid highlight on top and it looks beautiful, set it in place with an illuminating powder.
I love the creme -
liquid formula of these because they are so much easier to
use than powder or stick
highlighters, and I'm able to control exactly where I want the product to go.
