I've made this before
using just one large loaf of semolina bread from the
local baker.
I was going to
use a
local Vegan
baker to make me a cheesecake until I found out that she charged EIGHTY dollars for a cheesecake that serves 10 - 12!
And as for the bread, this loaf is from a
local baker at our farmers market, but on the more common days I
use the sprouted wheat with flax by Silver Mills Bakery — usually found in the frozen section of our health store + at Whole Foods too!

local purveyors including Boulangerie Christophe, a
