I take
magnesium orally, about 300 mg daily, plus I
use the Ancient Minerals
magnesium flakes in my bath, PLUS I made my own
magnesium oil out of those flakes and I
spray it on after a bath or shower (and I do not rinse it off) and I
spray it on my underarms every day instead of deodorant.
I
use magnesium oil, too, although I usually
spray it on and then rinse it off after twenty minutes or so.
Unfortunately all other
sprays and
magnesium oil products I
used in the past, had many very uncomfortable side effects.
