I also don't
use muffin papers, but I greased my pan well with coconut oil and nothing stuck one bit, they came out easily and cleanup was a dream.

use the foil liners with the
paper line removed.
However, if you don't own a silicon
muffin old, make sure to
use paper liners or foil liners in your
muffin mold so they come out easier.
