I use natural almond butter.
Use a natural almond butter that has the oil on top; this makes it much easier to spread when it comes time to layering over the chocolate.

using almonds I
used activated pumpkin seeds, I replaced cacao with
natural peanut
butter and I added some cinnamon and vanilla and I didn't add maple syrup.

natural oil content, but also have a ton of protein to make the bars even more nutrient packed).
