Mocha oatshake — Omit the strawberries and peanut butter,
use 1 1/2 frozen bananas, add 1 tablespoon
of cacao powder, and replace 1/2 cup
of the almondmilk with cold - brew coffee.

using 1 teaspoon will simply enhance the flavor, while 2 teaspoons will lend a hint

Mocha bcaas (approx 10kcals total) and I think this is a good combination for me — I had energy to jog with the dog and also got a great lift after church.
