This recipe is not only timely because I plan to
use it as a gift, but I just came across and purchased ten big bunches
of dried lavender for $ 2 / bunch at my local grocery the other day (where I've never seen it before), and aside from displaying some, I've been trying to decide what to do with it all.

lavender with one
of these... you can never (ever) have too much
lavender around:) I'm quite obsessed with
lavender myself and I usually add a few drops
of lavender essential oils on faux (or
dried) plants, to give them a more realistic feel.
I
used my basic salve base, added
dried lavender, and some
of my favorite essential oils.
We
use lavender in almost (if not) all
of our products because it's recommended for all skin types — it's balancing for oily skin and soothing for
